We are using the Veritas encryption (we use NB DataCenter 4.5) module
that can be purchased/installed.
We are only using it on one system (we only have 1 license). It does
not appear to noticeably slow down either the restores or backups.

Is anyone using any product (software, hardware appliance) to encrypt
their data between servers/tape drives? If so what product, how much
does it cost and how is the performance? What about restore
performance?
