Could be you have one of your buffer settings on the media server set to
high.=20

What type of client is generating the error, what type of media server
is receiving the error. Certain types of media density/clients can only
have the buffer settings pushed so high, or so I have been told...
Check NET_BUFFER_SZ in /usr/openv/netbackup if on Unix, on Windows not
sure where that file lives...

I'm noticing in my job details the "Warning bptm (pid) could not set
receive buffer size on socket, errno =3D 132"

=20

It is not fatal, but I'm wondering why I get it, and what the correction
would be.

=20

Any ideas?

There is no luck except where there is discipline.
