Can't speak for the UNIX side of the house, but I was very satisfied with
the 5-day Windows course I took from Veritas (3 days basic, 2 days
advanced).  It was one of the better training courses I've attended.  The
instructor was very knowledgeable and you learn everything hands-on.

training in netbackup (for Unix administrators).I am aware of
