[Networker] Error Unable to Connect to server: REmote system error

I did check the EMC GST Service and all the required services were running; ( I
put a ticket in with EMC) They advised me that the probable cause was that the
networker services were likely shutdown while a backup was in progress which
caused some "broken processes"
For future reference on how to resolve this:
Shut down NW services
Rename the C:\Program Files\Legato\nsr\res\jobsdb folder
Rename the C:\Program Files\Legato\nsr\tmp
Restarted the nw services : 1) nw backup and recover service then 2) EMC GST
Service
Restarted the Networker Mangement Console
These steps resolved my problem.
