Since 7.6.2 will be out this month or early next month, I would strongly 
recommend waiting a few weeks. 7.6.2 will be the first release that fully 
supports Windows 2008 R2 clients.

Currently we are running Networker 7.5.1 on Windows 2003 server. Now I want to 
migrate the same to 7.6.1 on Windows 2008 R2 server. I will have to use the 
existing hardware, as I don't have any new hardware for parallel setup. 

Please let me know the steps to be followed and things to be taken care of.
