The easiest way to see that hardware compression is being used is to have NW
tell you how much data is written to the full tapes. If the amount is greater
than the native tape capacity, hardware compression is happening.

I am using Dell ML 6000 with 4 Ultrium LTO-3 tape drives.
How do i verify hardware compression on the tape drives ? (enabled/disabled )
I checked library's web client and NMC but couldn't find that option.
Thanks
