Firstly - it's harmless.      Nsrd is calling nsrlmc during part of the
startup,    nsrlmc is the client side of the license manager.

There's a couple of reasons I can think of for this...

1.  the field in nsradmin   'type: NSR;license server'  may not be
blank.
2.  there's a buglet in 7.4.2...


Fixes:

1. It would not hurt at all if you installed the LGTOlic package - it
would make the message go away at least...
2. check that field in nsradmin - make it blank if its not already.
3. replace /usr/sbin/nsrlmc with a script that does nothing.
