Word of caution , before you go out and manipulate block size, just 
because you can, generally, this is not needed, for some reason you want 
to tune this, the suggestion is to keep the block size compatible across 
OS , i.e Linux, Solaris, Windows, you can only use the smallest size 
compatible.
or else you may have recovery issues.
