I am new to Networker and I am trying to figure out how to create specific schedules but I seem not to be able to. Has anyone created schedules like the ones I need below? If so can you please explain how you accomplished the two in question below?

1) Full ONLY - Last day of the month 2) Full ONLY - Last <weekday> of the month
ex. Last Tuesday of Every Month

This is one of those obscure little tricks that you can only learn by hanging around a list like this one. I don't think you'll find the answer to this anywhere in the NetWorker docs.

First of all create a schedule with all skips, or all incrementals, whatever you require. Next you need to create a text override field, this can be done either from the Windows nwadmin, or from nsradmin. There is no way to do this from the Unix nwadmin.

The text you need in the override file will look something like:
"full -1 Friday every month". You can of course substitute a different day of the week.

I have not found a way to do last day of the month. I tried
"full -1 day every month" but it didn't give me what I expected, and "full -1 every month" wasn't a valid override. You might find a way if you mess around with it for long enough.
