Don't take email rejection from this location personal.

Pentagon uses bluecoat email filter and it kills a lot of the good email
with the bad. I am getting phone calls every week from people who say
their emails have been blocked. See what the producers of spam or those
who deliver it have done to the internet?

I have sent a request to the helpdesk to NOT mark your email as spam (I
can not set it myself) will let you know when it is done.

You must LOVE protection, embrace it... Make it your friend - OR ELSE!
