Brian,
nsradmin is probably the best way to do this, particularly because running
savegrp directly doesn't allow post savegrp processing (eg nsrim) to run
automatically.
Try a nsradmin to query the specifed group. If it is running, wait 5 min
and test again. If not, then use nsradmin to start the next group in your
list. This is pretty easy to script, pick your language :)

I think it would be cool if savegrp had a -s option (or there were a seperate
command that simply called the right nsradmin commands) so that you could
start groups on a remote server. I can see lots of scripting possibilities.
Like the problem of kicking off one group after another group finishes.
Kicking off a group after some type of Database export or maintenence
procedure is finished etc.
