What kind of NDMP systems are you working with? I know for a fact that
NDMP recovers work fine with Mirapoint message stores and NetWorker 7.1.2
for image backups. We have done several NDMP recovers in our environment.
I have two Netapp F880's and one F840.
BTW, why do you want to use NDMP with Netapp ?
I understand that you have to use it with such systems as Mirapoint, but with Netapp, would not it better to back up an exported
filesystem ?
IIRC NDMP backups are single stream (unless it was changed recently), so you
can not utilize multiple tape drives.
