Re: [Networker] throughput

Laura,
We use a Networker server installed on a Sun E450, so only Networker client and
Networker exchange client are installed on the NT Exchange machine. The drives
we use are STK 9940 model B. We use IP over SAN to transfert data from the
Networker client (Exchange) to the Networker server. The Networker server uses
Scsi over SAN to write to STK drives. Drives, clients and servers are connected
to a SAN. We have during the backup a throughput rates of 17 - 20 MB/s.
Pierre.

can someone tell me what throughput rates they're getting when backing up
MSEXCH:
we're using scalar 1000 with LTO drives and are only seeing 4-6MB/s
