Re: [Networker] max parallelism for jukeboxes?

The default is "Amount of drive -1". The goal is to keep 1 drive
inactive for recover purposes.
Do not set such a parameter higher than the amount of drives.
Hope that helps,
Thierry

Subject: Re: [Networker] max parallelism for jukeboxes?
This field is not the number of backup sessions per jukebox. It is the
number of commands the jukebox can run at the
same time.
DO NOT change this from default install unless you are absolutely sure
of the change. I have two clients that did this
causing jukebox load/unload problems due to too many commands running.
The defaults seem to be "1" for the jukeboxes I have seen , but there
have been suggestions on this list that you can set
it to the number of drives in the jukebox.
