Tim -

Your best course of action is to perform a contextual query and see if
that file shows up, amidst its neighboring files: it may well be that
the file does not exist in server storage (expired some time ago). So
do...

  dsmc query backup -ina -su=yes /u02/exports/prga/

If it doesn't show up, then either it's not there or you're not
performing the operation from the file owner of superuser accounts.

that I would like to restore but received the same message.

I am now trying to restore a inactive file using the command line.
but its no working. I am getting the following

$ dsmc rest prga.log -inactive -pick
