Asutil(215): pool id -4 not found
2001-08-17 10:37:09
Hello,
startin our adsm 3.1.2.50 server (OS/390), we get the following message
(each time):
ANR9999D ASUTIL(215): Pool id -4 not found.
It does not seem to disturb adsm but does any one have any idea about the
meaning ? I suppose it can after delete of one of the storage pool ?
Is the audit db the only way to clear it ?
By the way, I found similar items in adsm.org, thus no corresponding answer:
We are running ADSM 3.1.2.40 on OS/390. On Friday we added space to some =
DASD storage pools. Since then we have seen a strange error at startup. = It
is ANR9999D ASUTIL(215): Poolid -1 not found Everything seems to be working
fine, but we can't determine what this = means. I checked IBMLINK, but
haven't called IBM yet. I thought I would = check here first. Thanks for any
help.

Subject: Deleting a storage pool Hello all, I deleted a storage
pool and device class and received the following messages: ANR9999D
ASUTIL(173): Pool id 3 not found. ANR9999D AFMIGR(824): Error obtaining
attributes for pool 3480XF(3). ANR1062W Error initiating space reclamation
for storage pool 3480XF - in server error detected. ANR1042I Space
reclamation for storage pool 3480XF will be retried in 60 seconds. -I
bounced our server and that seems to clear it up. Not a big deal sin
deleting storage pools won't occur too often.
