This is what I've been talking about in past postings, about how neglected
the recovery utilities have been, and how incredibly inefficient they are.
I'd suggest very strongly that you have your bank's management get on IBM's
case about this, pointing to the absurd downtime your company suffered for
no good reason.  It's clear that IBM/Tivoli won't otherwise do anything
about this major problem with the *SM product.
