It's really an issue of capitalizing on name brand recognition.
Virtually
no one knows what ADSTAR is. Lot's of people know what Tivoli is. This way
they maybe able to tap into their Tivoli market. IBM did the same thing
with ISSC, making it IBM Global Services. It's a good marketting strategy.
