What was in the surrounding activity log?

     Backups running?
     DB backup ?
     expiration ?
     etc...?

     Yeah, I think if my server wasn't doing much and this popped up and it
     died... I'd be a little worried, especially if the system had no
     catastrophic error!

Has anyone seen this message before, or can explain the cause?

"ANS1301E Server Detected System Error"

The documentation at www.storage.ibm.com/adsm...... isn't very insightful.

These messages appear on out NT4.0 SP3 machines, which are backup clients.

Our ADSM Server is an IBM RISC 6000 running AIX 4.
