     We have exactly the same problem. Our environment:
     - ADSM 3.1.1.3 on OS/390
     - ADSM backup clients 3.1.0.3 on Windows NT 4.0

     We have seen the "ANS1301E server Detected System Error" always
     in conjunction with "ANS1114I Waiting for mount of offline media"

     The ANS1114I - Message seems to me as the result of a
     paralell running migration process from Dasd-Storage-Pool to
     the Tape-Storage-Pool.

     Have anyone saw the same phenomenon ?
