I think ADSM is a terrific product but I can't imagine it meeting your
severe time window.  My guess is that only high speed tape drives directly
attached to the database machines could reload bulk dumps that fast.
You should test bulk dump reloads as a baseline before looking into more
sophisticated solutions.
