David/Mark,
Thanks a lot for your input. Veritas confirmed the same thing pretty much after 
they did testing in their lab. Even inside veritas support they had different 
opinion about the dup process, so had to try it out. Also, i don't know if it's 
marketing or technical benefit, Veritas tech suggested to use NBU 5.0 since it 
addressing duplication in better way, whatever it means. I have NBU 5 so i just 
have to try it out.
