They have to share the same media server - just a limitation.

That's exactly what i was thinking, but i am getting conflicting information
from veritas support itself. some tech say yes and some no. I would try it,
but i have two librarys in different offices, so before i tear one config a
part i want to make sure i can do it. 
I will let you know when veritas tech will give me call back with
information.
