Device manager will not start.  I am setting up 3.4 for the first time.  I
am able to see the robot, and drives.  I inventoried the robot, I was able
to set up Volume pools, and groups.  I cannot get the ltid to start in the
activity monitor.  Any ideas?  Thank you
