When I upgraded from 7.6.2 to 8.x I had the same thing happen.  The value is in 
minutes and just set it to zero to prevent the tapes from being ejected.

It says 10, on the "Timers" tab of the jukebox. That's not something I
set. I don't know if that's seconds or minutes, it doesn't say.

So is this behavior new to v8? It didn't used to happen with 7.6.2 and
prior.
