You don't say what version of NetWorker you're running. Inquire on some
versions has difficulty with Solaris 10 devices. A few questions:

Does Solaris report the drives in /dev/rmt (ls /dev/rmt/*cbn)?

Does Solaris report the autochanger in /dev/scsi/changer (ls
/dev/scsi/changer)?

If not, you don't have a NetWorker problem at all (at least not yet).
Check your cabling, connections, zoning, etc.

If the paths are present, you should be able to add the LTO1 jukebox
manually, using jbconfig. You'll have to work out the drive mappings
yourself, using sjimm to move tapes between drives, and mt to determine
which drive has a tape. When you launch jbconfig, don't select "2)
Configure an Autodetected SCSI Jukebox." Instead select "4) Configure an
SJI Jukebox." That will allow you to enter the path to the jukebox.
Select the option for "Standard SCSI Jukebox" (the last option offered),
then when prompted for the pathname enter
/dev/scsi/changer/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

Hello

we have two jukeboxes configured. One with LTO4 drives and one with LTO1
drives. After upgrade from SunOS 5.8 to 5.10 only LTO4 jukebox is
working.
when running inquire, I can only see those LTO4 drives.
in dev/rmt all drives are present after removing all files and running
devfsadm. Also reconfiguration reboot was done without results. Only in
dmesg we can see messages for all 15 drives. but still not in networker.

Any suggestions? Thanks
