I am new to NW....
The TL-4000 has 44 slots (1 cleaning)
There's your problem. You have two licenses that work for 2 jukeboxes,
each jukebox having anywhere from 1 to 40 slots. Your TL-4000 has too
many slots to be covered by a Networker 40 slot license.
You potentially have two options:
- buy a new license that covers a larger number of slots (e.g. 64, or
if you know you'll be expanding, larger yet). You *might* be able to
trade in one of your 40 slot licenses and just pay the difference +
some additional fee -- I don't know about that, we've never tried it,
but it's worth asking about.
- if your jukebox supports it configure the jukebox so that at least 4
of the slots are "dead", so that the jukebox reports a smaller number
of slots to the host operating system.
If you reconfigure your jukebox so it reports fewer slots, you will
also need to reconfigure networker so that it realizes the jukebox
has shrunk. The easiest way to do this is by deleting the jukebox
and recreating it, but you might be able to do it using the jbedit
tool.
The TL-4000 has 44 slots (1 cleaning) and the 132-T has 20.
I have 2 "Autochanger Module, 40 slots/40" permanent licenses
registered....auth code and all...they?re not expired.
