I haven't done a whole lot of searching for this one on the EMC site (probably
because when I do, I usually come up empty), but we are find that a good part
of the time whenever we do restores, particularly SQL restores, Networker
chooses to do the restores from clone tapes and not from stage tapes.
Like most everyone else, we do not use Networker for staging or cloning, but
run scripts to do stages and clones that we automate using a product called
ActiveBatch.
Just curious if anyone else has seen this before. Fortunately, our "offsite"
storage is a vault that is only a few bulidings away.
We are using Networker 7.2.2 jumbo on Windows Server 2003.
