[Bacula-users] Can I use Bacula to backup...
2011-01-29 15:28:39
... my servers, under the following conditions:
I have 26 servers (SLES Linux), distributed across several weak WAN Links... At
each location there's an NAS-box attached to the server as a NFS mount point.
What I'm trying to achieve is as follows:
- Installing an central backup server (bacula?)
- installing an agent/client on the servers behind WAN-links
- Creating, and managing backup jobs on the central server - and the backup
media is supposed to be the NFS-mountpoint.
- ... and of course - the data must not travel across the WAN-links
Is this possible to with Bacula?
In advance, thanks
Best Regards
'Adder
