Hi!

Our server is configured for doing data over RAID-5 local disks (system
is installed in a RAID-1 disks). Yesterday night, during a user backup,
appeared following message some times that BLOCK all jobs scheduled:

07-Sep 13:55 aosnap JobId 16394: Job
Backup-JCMoure.2010-09-07_13.00.00_07 waiting. Cannot find any
appendable volumes.
Please use the "label" command to create a new Volume for:
    Storage:      "BaculaBackups" (/backups)
    Pool:         JCMoure
    Media type:   File
07-Sep 14:55 aosnap JobId 16394: Purging oldest volume "Backup-JCMoure0450"
07-Sep 14:55 aosnap JobId 16394: 0 Files on Volume "Backup-JCMoure0450"
purged from catalog.

That backup job blocked all queue of scheduled jobs for about 24
hours... so some very important daily backups NOT run that night.

Each user has following configuration for their backups, volumes, pools...:

Pool {
        Name = USERXXXX
        Label Format = "Backup-USERXXXX"
        Use Volume Once = no
        Pool Type = Backup
        Recycle = yes
        AutoPrune = yes
        Storage = BackupRAID5
        Volume Use Duration = 1 months
        Volume Retention = 365 days
        Maximum Volume Jobs = 0
        Maximum Volumes = 8
        Recycle Oldest Volume = yes
        Purge Oldest Volume = yes
        Maximum Volume Bytes = 3GB
}

The backup that blocked all queue needed more that 8 volumes, so when
backup looked for a new volume, Bacula had to purge a volume that was
created during this backup job...

Is there any way for awoid that this problem BLOCK all scheduled jobs?

Thanks.
