I have an existing Bacula system which uses a single tape drive. I
recently added a tape library to that system. The goal is to use the tape
library when I'm going to be away for a while. However, when I'm home,
I'd rather use the single tape drive.

Is there a way to say:
use Storage = DLT unless you can't
then use Storage = DEC TZ89

This sounds like I want to assign priorities to different devices.
