Not exactly... Yes, 23h hours after the first time bacula writes any data 
into it. BUT, the volume may be recycled later, which means discarding the 
old data in it, and then there will be another 23h period, with the original 
volume name. And this is where the volume label with timestamp of original 
create time may be very misleading.
