If you do not want to waste time in this estimate use the # of bytes
of the last Full as an estimate of the current  full backup. Doing
this or any other estimate with incremental backups you will probably
spend as much time finding the estimate as you would actually backing
up the data other methods like taking the last backup size will
probably be very inaccurate with incrementals.
