It depends on which restore option you use.

If you use one of the "backup for a client" options, then Bacula will choose
the appropriate jobids to restore in one operation.  If you use "list of comma
separated JobIds" then you are responsible for including the ids of the full
as well as the diff.

This is the same whether you are using tape or disk volumes.
