Hi,

Look in the catalog stanza in the director's conf file 
(/etc/bacula/bacula-dir.conf on my system)

It should look something like:
# Generic catalog service
Catalog {
   Name = MyCatalog
   dbname = bacula; user = bacula; password = ""
}

Add the password where it asks for it, restart your director and you 
should be good to go.
