Another possibility is to install the free VMware Player under
windows, and install a linux guest where you can install backuppc. I
haven't used it for a while, but at least with earlier versions there
was a way to give raw disks to the guest system so you could mount it
in the appropriate place. Virtualbox might be able to do that too.
