So you want the backup to automatically run when the user logs out of 
Windows?

That could theoretically be done by having a Windows script that uses 
ssh to initiate a manual backup command on the server, but I've never 
tried it.  We can help with the backup command, but you'll have to sort 
out the script that connects to the server and runs it.
