You're missing the point -- you didn't send an email to
<backuppc-users AT lists.sourceforge DOT net>, you replied to an email from the
list.  This puts the message you replied to in the headers, which can make
your message difficult to locate (or ignored, because people see it as a
reply to the message you replied to.)

My point is that in the future, starting a new email and sending it to the
list is less likely to get ignored (as opposed to hitting "reply".)
