I did do upgrade of O/S after image creation so my original backuppc
computer is running Backuppc 3.1.0-6ubuntu4 and new one is running
3.1.0-9ubuntu1 (Ubuntu 9.10 vs 10.04).  During this upgrade, I
maintained the distro's /etc/backuppc/config.pl instead of my modified
one.  I did hand edit /etc/backuppc/config.pl to include the changes
from my 9.10 version.  I don't think I missed anything.  Maybe another
file is using different time unit and was not replaced?

The second computer was off for awhile.  I don't remember seeing a
message that the BIOS time was off when it was installed.   The
date/time is now correct if it was ever wrong.

Backupps file says this: 

0 partial  1275390002  0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 3 0 0 0  1 smb 0  3.1.0

All LOG files have current date/time (May 31 and June 1st 2010)

I have yet to perform successful full backup of this client but I expect
it's just some Windows 7 specific setting I'm missing.
