[BackupPC-users] Connection timed out

Hello, 

I want to backup a windows seven client on Debian server with cygwin and rsync. 
I followed the instrcutions like in thsi page

the service rsync is running, the port 873 is open. 
the rsyncd.conf file is : 

#OPTIONS
log file=/var/log/rsyncd
pid file=/var/run/rsyncd.pid
syslog facility=daemon
uid = root
gid = root
use chroot = no
read only = yes
list = no
max connections=2
ignore errors = no
ignore nonreadable = yes
transfer logging = no
strict modes = yes
hosts allow = **************
auth users = save
secrets file = /etc/rsyncd.secrets
&#91;documents&#93;
path = /cygdrive/c/Users/commun/Document


When I launch a backup, I have this error: 

full backup started for directory documents
Error connecting to rsync daemon at 10.10.10.250&#58;873&#58; inet connect&#58; 
Connection timed out
Got fatal error during xfer &#40;inet connect&#58; Connection timed out&#41;
Backup aborted &#40;inet connect&#58; Connection timed out&#41;
Not saving this as a partial backup since it has fewer files than the prior one 
&#40;got 0 and 0 files versus 0&#41;


With my Debian server, I backuped ubuntu, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and MAC 
clients without problem

Can you help me ?
