The rpm probably dropped a conf file snipped in /etc/httpd/conf.d.  See 
if it mentions perl as a handler.  If it just has a scriptalias, it 
isn't mod_perl, but then the BackupPC_Admin script should have the 
setuid bit set (wherever it landed).
