Yes, in my case also, I can see incremential running faster than full
after a month, but it usually don't eat more bandwidth (well, a bit
more, but not that much), just more time. The benefit is that all your
files will be checked (block checksum) so if one is corrupted in the
pool it can be updated.

I personnaly run one full per month, and one incremential per day, with
7 incremential levels ($Conf{IncrLevel} = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7])
