This seems to be build error.  Where is "libgcc_s.so.1" supposed to be?
Did you build the amanda program on this computer?  Or was it compiled
somewhere else?  Or maybe you had a "config.status" from autoconfig
in your sources from another OS, and forgot do to a "make distclean"
before "./configure --with..."?

Just execute "amgetconf YourConfig dumpcycle" to try it out.
