Hello,

I'm working on setting on some OS X clients to backup with Amanda.
Things have gone fairly smoothly. Now I'm at the testing stage, and I'm
getting the same "strange" warning over and over again (creating a 3 Meg
e-mail report!). A sample of this error is below. My research has shown
that this message is emitted by the tar program.

Does anyone know what possible causes are, and how I can address it? I
haven't confirmed that there are a problem with the resulting Amanda
dumps, except for the side-effect of the 3 Meg e-mail reports it
generated.

Early in my testing I may have stopped the tar process while it was
making the initial pass. Perhaps nuking all my amanda/gnutar related
files on the client and trying again would help?
