Re: [ADSM-L] long-term snapshot of SnapMirror2Tape backup?

When I tried this, (not with snapmirror), had to create an entirely new node in
a domain with vere=1, verdel=0, retonly=nolimit retextra=0.
Backed up once, then let it sit.

Subject: [ADSM-L] long-term snapshot of SnapMirror2Tape backup?
We have a need to take a one-time, point-in-time SM2Tape dump of some specific
NetApp vols and keep them outside of our normal retention schedule. Anyone
have experience with the best way to accomplish this? Can I just run the
normal command but specify a different mgmtclass, or will this act like an incr
backup and start trying to rebind everything? Do I need to create a new node
and/or policy domain to contain it?
Thanks,
