[ADSM-L] ORF (TSM Operational Reporting Facility) and TSM 6.1

There is no support for the ORF for TSM 6.1. If you are unable to move
quickly to the ITM reporting and monitoring function which may be quite
likely in a transitional 5.5/6.1 environment with several servers in an
installation, the 5.5.2.0 ORF can communicate with a 6.1.0.0 server. The
reporting and hourly monitor xml files need to be set up so that the ORF
elect statements use new/changed tables and adhere to the DB2 select
syntax, for example in date/time calculations, and will need to have the
reset buffpool command removed. These modifications can be done easily with
the properties for the report/hourly monitor and then using the settings
for the respective report. Remember that there is no official support for
the ORF with TSM 6.1, but since the invitation to customize the ORF has
always existed, the ORF can be made to work with TSM 6.1 by selecting a
6.1.0.0-specific xml file for your 6.1 server.
