See this is where my problem lies, I don't have any free tapes in the
library.  I am very new to TSM and I am learning everything from
scratch.  I am not sure how to do very much at this point.  We have had
major issues with our library going offline and not being able to access
it.  It is now back up and I am trying to get the data off so I can
start doing backups again.  I am not really sure how to move old tapes
out to put new scratch tapes in.  I have read all the documentation and
tried it but have had little luck.
