reclemation

I am currently running TSM 5.3 in a W2K3 environment, I have an
IBM4560slx with one LTO1 and one LTO2 drive, it is connected to the
server by fibre. Unfortunately the LTO1 has had problems since day one.
We have made it offline and are using only 1 drive. I have setup
reclamation using a filepool that sits on a SAN. When I went to run a
reclamation, it failed because the filepool ran out of space. I am
currently in the process of adding more space to the filepool so I can
hopefully finish reclamation. This brings me to my question. There
currently several files in my RECPOOL that are there from the
reclamation, are they automatically removed once the task is successful?
If it is not successful and I need to restart the reclamation process
can I delete them so I have more space? Several of my tapes are in the
pending state, what will happen when I restart reclamation.
Thanks for the help
Marc
