The Network transfer rate is always whacked out when using client
compression.
We get all kinds of extraordinary rates, one of the highest last night was
139,504.82 KB/sec (all on 100 Mb/sec link).

Is this on gigabit or 100 Base T? If it is gigabit, something is really
slow. If it is 100 Base T, something is probably wrong with the
calculation. You are getting 16MB/sec.
