This reminds me of the tech support story where a guy is trying getting
errors on a server he is working on, and the errors say to have the
SysAdmin run a chkdsk/f (yes, it's been a while). He calls the helpdesk,
who tell him, "Have the SysAdmin run chkdsk/f." So he bitches and
complains about how the Admin should fix this. He goes on and on, and
finally decides to tell his manager about it. He lays out his whole story,
to which his manager says, "You are the SysAdmin."

As a team lead, I cringe when I see a question from someone on my team out
here on the list that hasn't been brought to me. Luckily, the team I have
now hasn't had this issue, but in the past I'd see rather simple "how to"
questions out here from people who could have opened their office door and
asked me. I never expect people to know everything, but knowing the best
place to look for answers is appreciated.

In addition, for all the experience that I have, and all the tricks that I
know, I still see new ideas and different ways of looking at things on this
list, and learn something every day.
